On Saturday Federal Government announced the cuts in petroleum prices for the next fortnight and the announcement was made by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said in a televised address that price of petrol has been slashed by Rs9 per litre while high-speed diesel reduced by Rs7 per litre.

July 16 to July 31, 2023:
REDUCTIONS:
MS Petrol—with Rs 9 per litre reduction, new price Rs 253 per litre.
High Speed Diesel —with Rs 7 per litre reduction, new price Rs 253.50 per litre.
The new prices of petroleum products will be effective from Sunday, July 16th.
